shutterstock 1811254345I am so excited that so many of you are enjoying my first mystery adventure, not to mention my developing relationship with Ian. Here’s a partial peek at Ian. The man does make pumpkins look good. 

I can’t wait for you to read more of Ian and my adventures and also what’s going on with my best friend Amy and Beau. Oh, and you are not going to want to miss what Mo gets himself into in Pepper, the Viking & the Pillaged Grave. The pillaged grave might be a giveaway when it comes to Mo and his propensity for digging.


The pumpkins Ian is holding has me thinking about roasted pumpkin seeds. Here’s some quick flavorings to try when roasting your pumpkin seeds.

Sea Salt & Cayenne 

1 cup pumpkin seeds, 1Tbs olive oil, 1/4 tsp sea salt ground, 1/8 tsp cayenne powder, & 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Ginger & Sesame

1 cup pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp melted coconut oil, 1/4 t salt, 1 tsp toasted sesame oil, 1/2 tsp sesame seeds,  1/8 tsp ginger

Coconut & Sugar

1 cup pumpkin seeds, 1Tbs melted coconut oil, 1Tbs sugar, 1Tbs finely shredded coconut, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp salt
